• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Lounge (Luana Lounge): Located on the first floor of the South Wing next to the Pau Hana Room. This lounge will have a TV viewing area and will have men's and women's restrooms with showers and dressing rooms available for those guests with late flight arrangements.
• Excursion Tour Desk (Holoholo Desk Tours and Travels): Book excursions to many favorite local sites and adventures. Located adjacent to the lobby area on the third floor.
• Groceries: A limited selection of grocery items will be available at Kālepa's Store (the lobby merchandise shop). A grocery order form will be available on the Disney Vacation Club Member website.
• Ice Machines: On every floor near the xx30 and xx71 rooms
• Internet: Wireless High-Speed Internet Access is available in all rooms and throughout the resort. Complimentary to all guests and members in guest rooms and public areas, including the convention space. Groups requiring additional bandwidth or dedicated bandwidth for Internet access will be charged appropriately.
