Behind-the-Scenes Tours

This new tour features the five core principles taught by Disney Institute and shows how they come to life each day at Walt Disney World® Resort for Cast Members and Guests. Your attendees will explore rarely seen locations like The "Utilidor" System, Epcot® Cast Services and more.

Concepts from at least one Disney Institute core topic are featured at each location throughout the tour, along with quantitative examples of how each area successfully implemented those concepts. Your group's experience can be tailored to your conference agenda by simply emphasizing a particular core topic. (3 hours, 20 people min.)

Your group learns the inside story of how Disney uses architecture, color, landscaping, furnishings and an acute attention to detail to evoke a variety of themes. (3 hours)

Gardens of the World — You'll truly appreciate the natural beauty of Walt Disney World® Resort on a special tour that shows you just how our gardens grow. Come with us as a horticultural expert explains the level of loving care that creates true botanical artistry. (3.5 hours)

Holiday D-Lights — Experience three magical holiday celebrations in three different Theme Parks, all in one unforgettable evening. Along the way, learn how holiday lights, traditional music and engaging storytelling play an important role in the world-class presentation of these signature Disney events. Guests will also enjoy a light holiday-themed buffet. (5 hours, offered seasonally)
