One way that our event designers orchestrate memorable moments is by immersing attendees into an iconic setting from a beloved Disney film. Our latest featured event theme transports attendees on an ocean adventure inspired by one of Disney’s most popular movies, The Little Mermaid. Introducing: The Under the Sea Gala at the Disneyland Hotel Grand Ballroom.
Look at this trove, treasures untold, how many wonders can your event hold? Our creative team recently developed this stunning oceanic concept created exclusively for Disney theme park event venues or Disney convention hotels. With vivid flower arrangements, sea shells, giant floating jellyfish, and coral sculptures, attendees are sure to feel whisked away on an undersea adventure.
Lighting effects and large wall projections of the flowing tides create the perfect backdrop to set the scene and provide unforgettable photo opportunities.
The seaweed is always greener on somebody else’s plate! Tables varied by turquoise iridescent and sand-colored satin linens create a sense of island flair. Each table is graced by a colorful flower arrangement featuring a starfish for added ocean whimsy and delight.
Special entertainment enhancements can be added to give this event a magical touch, like Disney Princess-favorite Ariel and Prince Eric stopping by to join the fun. This event concept can also feature performances such as a steel drum band or parade dancers wearing aquatic-inspired costumes. The spectacular stage, which features a grand painting of Ariel’s undersea castle, is surrounded by floating bubble balloon arrangements and ocean décor to highlight the performance.
