Canada Terrace
Located in the Canada Pavilion, Canada Terrace is surrounded by cascading waterfalls, alpine trees, and the charm of a quiet mountain town, all inspired by the Canadian Rockies. This breathtakingly-beautiful venue can accommodate 10 to 96 guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner events, and up to 120 guests for receptions.
Isle de France
Located near the France Pavilion, Isle de France is a multi-level, terraced venue full of fresh, fragrant flowers overlooking waterways inspired by the Seine River. The replica of the Eiffel Tower and charming Parisian cityscape provides the perfect background to this scenic view. This venue is comprised of three smaller areas: Eau de France, Rue de Paris, and Terrace des Fleurs. Groups can plan an event in any of the smaller venues, or combine the three areas to together to accommodate large groups of 100 to 192 guests for breakfast and dinner buffets, and 350 to 450 guests for receptions and dessert parties.
Fez House
Located in the Morocco Pavilion, Fez House is an ornate and vibrant venue made of marble, complete with a high ceiling and an iconic fountain. This intimate space is ideal for smaller group gatherings, such as a breakfast or reception for 10 to 35 guests.
The American Adventure Rotunda
Located in the American Adventure Pavilion, the American Adventure Rotunda is an awe-inspiring venue showcasing fine Georgian architecture, a soaring dome ceiling, and white columns that give it an unmistakable air of distinction. This impressive space can accommodate a plated breakfast or dinner event for 100 to 250 guests, a breakfast or dinner buffet for up to 396 guests, or a reception for up to 450 guests.
Italy Isola
Located in the Italy Pavilion, Italy Isola can be reached by crossing over a grand staircase that matches the beautiful architecture of the piazza. This private, exclusive area allows attendees to overlook the World Showcase Lagoon and enjoy a breakfast or dinner buffet for 60 to 120 guests, or a reception or dessert party for 100 to 175 guests.
The Great Hall of China
Located in the China Pavilion, The Great Hall of China is designed with deep shades of red and flashes of gold to evoke the imperial grandeur of China's most powerful dynasties, while a tranquil garden and an awe-inspiring eastern temple lend an air of reverence to any event. This distinguished venue can accommodate groups for breakfast, lunch, or dinner events for 75 to 180 guests, or receptions for up to 225 guests.
Norway Loft
Located in the Norway Pavilion, Norway Loft is an enchanting, tucked away location, perfect for hosting a completely themed and immersive event. This mystical venue can accommodate groups for breakfast, lunch, or dinner events for 10 to 80 guests, or receptions for up to 120 guests.
As an added enhancement, planners can arrange a private viewing of Epcot’s nightly fireworks spectacular, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth for attendees at Walt Disney World Resort.
These private group event spaces give event planners the ability to adjust and arrange elements to fit their theme, timeline, and budget to keep attendees engaged and excited. Various elements of food and beverage, décor, and entertainment can be tailored to the group’s preferences.
