From our unique culinary innovations to superb attention to detail, the Disney Meetings team creates magical moments every day that leave attendees feeling engaged and inspired. Whether it’s an enchanting winter wonderland or a patriotic tribute, we are constantly looking for the latest and greatest way to provide incredible meeting and event experiences. By combining our passion for creating immersive experiences with our expertise in storytelling, our event designers can craft a customized event to fit a specific message.

Today, we are excited to share one of our featured event themes developed at Disneyland Resort in California. Introducing, the Roaring 20s:

From the moment attendees enter the event space they are transported to a 1920s estate, complete with an art deco-influenced entryway and doormen.

With six specific rooms that attendees can explore, the entertainment options are endless. “The Grand Salon” is where attendees can find themselves in the midst of the action. With no detail too lavish in this elaborate affair, décor includes deco-style scenic elements and vintage French-inspired artwork.

In keeping with the theme, “The Powder Room” serves as the secret location of a speakeasy, where attendees are asked to share the password in exchange for entry. Once inside, they can enjoy cocktails and entertainment inspired by the prohibition era.

This customizable experience gives meeting and event planners the ability to adjust and arrange elements to fit their location, timeline and budget, all while keeping attendees engaged and excited. Various elements of food and beverage, décor and entertainment can be tailored to the group’s preferences.
