If you’ve visited Walt Disney World Resort lately, you might have noticed brand new experiences at Disney Springs, a one-of-a-kind waterfront destination for shopping, dining, nightlife and entertainment. With several new offerings now open, there’s plenty of unique dining and retail options for meeting and event attendees to experience. New signature restaurants, sophisticated lounges, and sizzling live-entertainment are available for attendees to enjoy. And, best of all, Disney Springs is easily accessible from Walt Disney World Resort hotels via complimentary bus transportation.

Now open to guests as of July 2, the Coca-Cola Store Orlando is modeled after a 1920s Coca-Cola bottling plant. This new retail and entertainment location features uniquely branded merchandise and enticing experiences that inspire the senses.

At the refreshing rooftop bar, attendees can take in the sights of Disney Springs while enjoying a variety of specialty beverages from classic cocktails and mocktails to alcoholic smoothies made with Minute Maid Smoothie Mix & Bacardi Rum. For the ultimate Coca-Cola experience, attendees can taste a variety of Coca-Cola brands from around the world, such as Beverly from Italy, Thums Up from India, and over 100 other drink choices via Coca-Cola Freestyle.

If attendees are looking for a bite to eat, they can check out Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, one of the newest restaurants in Town Center at Disney Springs. The menu centers around custom-built pizzas featuring scratch-made dough and artisanal toppings free from artificial colors, flavors or preservatives – and two blazing hot ovens that turn out thin-crisp pies in 180 seconds. Attendees can enjoy their custom pie with an ice-cold beer or a glass of wine on the large covered patio with seating that cantilevers over the waterfront.

Those looking for a chic post-meeting hideaway can visit STK Orlando.  This sleek destination offers a modern twist on the traditional American steakhouse featuring an innovative menu mixed with high-energy ambiance; complete with a sophisticated lounge, conversational bars and a DJ to create an infectious, upbeat atmosphere. Attendees can enjoy a craft cocktail and a variety of shareable bites on the rooftop patio while music is pumped in to create a lively environment that encourages attendees to interact and mingle.  For those looking for a more private experience for their group, STK has two separate dining areas that can accommodate up to 36 guests total.

Just steps from STK is Chef Art Smith’s Homecoming, where attendees can sip on classic Southern cocktails like crafty moonshine at the adjacent Shine Bar.  The venue also has two semi-private rooms that can accommodate up to 70 people reception style. If your group is looking for something with a little more spice, head over to Frontera Cocina to enjoy signature tequila cocktails on the patio overlooking the Springs.

Finish off your evening with a relaxing stroll after enjoying a bite to eat at The BOATHOUSE, which also has private dining space that can accommodate up to 100 guests.  Savor a signature cocktail at Jock Lindsay’s Hangar Bar and then take a stroll to the Waterview Park at The Landing where special events, live performances, and entertainment take place every single night at this open-air amphitheater overlooking Lake Buena Vista.

Whether you’re a meeting professional or event planner looking to host a private group event in a signature restaurant, or a convention attendee looking to shop your heart’s content or unwind with a cocktail after a day of meetings, Disney Springs will offer plenty of options for planners and attendees alike.
