What’s the best part of hosting your meeting or convention at a Disney destination this Fall? The tasty seasonal treats that go along with it! With Halloween quickly approaching, we wanted to share with you some of our favorite creepy confections that are available at our Disney Parks & Resorts:
Enchanted Pumpkin-Spiced Cupcake
If you are visiting Gaston’s Tavern while at the Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to dig into the new Enchanted Pumpkin-Spiced Cupcake. The best part? This is just one of many specialty cupcakes that attendees can enjoy exclusively during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park.
Candy Apples
Attendees can take a bite out of something sweet in their free time and try an assortment of delicious candy apples located at various candy kitchens at Disneyland Park. Returning this year is the popular Dirt & Worms apple: A Granny Smith apple is dipped in caramel before being enrobed in milk chocolate, and our candy makers add gummy worms and crushed chocolate cookies. Top top it all off, the apple is drizzled with dark and white chocolate.
Pumpkin Twists
Try a seasonal twist on a classic parks favorite…literally! Stop by Maurice’s Treats at Disneyland Park to get your hands on the tasty Pumpkin twist. This pastry treat is made from fresh dough layered with pumpkin pie filling and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. It’s the perfect snack for attendees to eat on the go as they stroll through Fantasyland taking in the beauty of the fall décor.
Halloween Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich
Stop by the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street at Walt Disney World Resort for an Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich. Ghouls and guests alike can choose their favorite flavor ice cream to be sandwiched between two freshly baked sugar cookies topped with black, white and orange Halloween sprinkles for a delightfully frightful treat!
Pumpkin Beignets
A classic Disneyland Park seasonal favorite, the pumpkin beignets, are delectable little fried goodies that you can find at Café Orleans and at the Mint Julep Bar. These fresh and fluffy Halloween treats come in groups of three or six and are accompanied by generous heaps of powdered sugar that make them perfect snack or dessert for attendees!
