The Winter Wonderland Escape package will be available at Disney’s Contemporary Resort Convention Center. Here, guests will enter an elegant ballroom and instantly find themselves transported into a winter wonderland, featuring snow-covered evergreen trees and a charming wooden footbridge serving as a scenic photo opportunity.
Available for groups of 20 to 200 guests, this customizable holiday experience offers a lunch menu starting at $45 inclusive* per person** and dinner menu starting at $70 inclusive* per person**, featuring festive holiday fare such as Herb Panko-Crusted North Atlantic Cod, Turkey Meatballs tossed with Maple-Granny Smith Apple Gastrique, and Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake.
And, since this experience is completely customizable depending on the group’s preferences, additional dining enhancements are also available, such as an exciting culinary action station where attendees can select ingredients freshly prepared by one of our world-renowned Disney chefs. Or, add a special touch of holiday spirit with a festive performance by a string trio or a small group of Cappella carolers who will perform classic listening selections for your event.
The Holiday Memories package will be available at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center. Here, guests will be immersed in a classic atmosphere featuring red, green and gold tables decorated with assorted ornaments and flickering candlelight, while red velour drapes accent the room to create a warm, festive feeling. Lighting projections will illuminate the walls with holiday gifts, candy canes and holly, adding a joyful tone. A stone fireplace adorned with glistening garland serves as the focal point of the room, while a large glowing wreath hangs above.
Available for groups of 20 to 80 guests, this holiday event offers a lunch menu starting at $45 inclusive* per person** and a dinner menu starting at $70 inclusive* per person**, featuring festive bites such as Carved Maple-Glazed Turkey with Thyme Jus, Mama’s Pot Roast with Pan Gravy, and a variety of holiday dessert selections.
Customize your event by adding one of Disney’s top-notch disc jockeys to provide a variety of music styles, from classic holiday jingles, to vibrant Latin tunes to top-40 hits. Or, really “wow” your guests with the excitement and magic of a personal appearance by a beloved Disney character such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse dressed in their best holiday attire.
Enhance your guests’ holiday celebration experience with additional offerings available throughout the Disney theme parks, including Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party available select nights at Magic Kingdom. Or, consider treating attendees to the popular Candlelight Processional at Epcot*** followed by a private dessert party.
