Hi, Brandi. We’d like to talk to you about how groups can have their very own private, custom oceanfront event for a corporate incentive program. Can you tell us about a recent group event you hosted?

We recently held an event for the largest group that we have ever hosted at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. This program had 1,400 attendees staying at our resort, and we collaborated with a partner hotel to accommodate an additional 600 attendees. The welcome reception took place at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa on the first night of the event, where we utilized the Waikolohe pool deck, ”˜AMA”˜AMA Restaurant, and our beautiful beachfront. We are excited to partner with more clients in the future that want to host large programs like this.

What are some of the unique cuisine options your catering team can create for events?

Our Chefs are capable of preparing a range of different food and beverages, from traditional Hawaiian favorites to a diverse menu that appeals to clientele visiting from all over the world. Some of the unique food stations we offer include a Yatai Ramen Station, Brazilian Charrusco Station, and a Fried Rice Station. Our team can even create a Dessert Station with unique favorites such as chocolate lilikoi bonbons and white chocolate mamaki tea pops.

Can you tell us about the unique meeting spaces available for different types of meetings and events? 

We have two beautifully appointed ballrooms and various outdoor locations that are customizable to fit the needs of our clients, whether it is a casual event or a formal program. We are the only resort on O’ahu that can host an event on the beach and serve a full bar. Our clients love this option because it is a very unique experience that other resorts cannot offer.

What sorts of activities and entertainment are available to Guests when they have some free time? 

Attendees can experience everything from the beautiful Waikiolohe Valley pools and Rainbow Reef, the only private snorkeling lagoon on OÊ»ahu, to paddle boarding on the serene lagoon as they discover sweeping seascapes. Planners can add even more excitement to the agenda with the signature nighttime show, KA WAÊ»A – A LuÊ»au, and fireside storytelling. We also offer spa therapies and a state-of-the-art fitness center at our Laniwai Spa. Attendees can also enjoy premier golf, a world class marina, and multiple shopping options. The resort is truly paradise for our clients to enjoy.
