If you’ve visited Walt Disney World Resort recently or read our recent blog Adulting at Disney: Explore Disney Springs, you may have noticed some exciting new dining options available at Disney Springs. Having undergone a recent transformation, this bustling entertainment district now features dozens of new dining options, as well as modernized updates on old favorites. 

Whether you have 10 guests or 1,000 guests, Disney Springs restaurants offer dynamic spaces for hosting an organization’s private event, including semi-private and private dining rooms and customizable menus. Check out the wide array of available options:

Food Theme: Asian

Highlighting Pan-Asian flavors from across the Asian continent, Morimoto Asia is a vibrant, sophisticated space. The main floor of the two-story restaurant can seat up to 500 guests and offers unique exhibition kitchens showcasing the traditions of Asian cuisine. Upstairs, Morimoto’s Forbidden Lounge features a private entrance, lounge, sushi bar, and outside patio that can be used for groups of 15-150 guests. 

Food Theme: Land and Sea 

If food by land and by sea sounds appealing, private events can be held at some of Disney Springs’ newest restaurants, such as Paddlefish, The BOATHOUSE, and STK Orlando. 

At Paddlefish, guests board an iconic paddleboat anchored in Lake Buena Vista to a feast of fresh seafood and savory steaks. Boasting three stunning decks overlooking the water and sights of Disney Springs, this venue includes private dining rooms seating anywhere from 24 to 200 guests. For a full buyout, Paddlefish can accommodate up to 525 guests for banquet seating and up to 1,000 guests for a reception.

Just a few steps away, The BOATHOUSE features the best flavors of land and sea with fresh seafood, a raw bar, and premium steaks. This dining hotspot can accommodate up to 400 guests indoors and up to 200 guests outdoors. The BOATHOUSE also offers two formal, private dining rooms that can accommodate up to 50 guests each, or can be combined together to make one large room with capacity for up to 100.

Over at STK Orlando, an ultra-modern steakhouse experience awaits. This one-of-a-kind restaurant features a stunning outdoor patio, in-house DJ, and a menu bursting with palate-pleasing dishes. STK Orlando boasts a luxe dining experience for up to 600 guests and two smaller, private dining rooms for up to 36 guests.

Food Theme: European

For authentic, hearty Irish or Italian food served in contemporary European settings, Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant is available for private events. 

Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant offers a genuine Irish meal in a pub setting, complete with a dash of Celtic creativity. Guests can indulge in a menu full of reimagined Celtic favorites like shepherd’s pie and fish and chips. For groups, Raglan Road offers three private dining rooms and three semi-private spaces. For a full buyout, Raglan Road can accommodate up to 700 guests.

Food Theme: Latin American and South American

To sample the flavors of the Caribbean or the tastes of Americas, private events can be held at Bongos Cuban Café or Paradiso 37. 

Authentic Cuban music and cuisine captivates guests nightly at Bongos Cuban Café. Offering the largest event space in Disney Springs, the restaurant accommodates up to 1,000 guests for a cocktail reception or up to 550 guests for a seated dinner. For smaller groups, the Pineapple Room can accommodate seating for up to 54 guests.

Paradiso 37, a lively watering hole with stunning waterfront views, takes guests on a culinary journey across North and South America. The main floor of Paradiso 37 can accommodate up to 409 guests. The second floor can accommodate up to 75 guests.
