From the moment attendees enter this event space, they are transported back in time to a decade characterized by jukeboxes, root beer floats, and poodle skirts. Combining a traditional 1950s diner with a classic beach party, this creative event concept can be replicated in any Disney convention hotel ballroom or venue for a corporate meeting, incentive program, or catered event.
Attendees can begin the night by socializing with other attendees at a beachside lounge. From a sweet glass of lemonade topped with a colorful Mickey Mouse straw, to the much sought-after soft-serve delight known as Dole Whip®, there are so many cool, refreshing options that will hit the spot. Planners can collaborate with Disney’s award-winning culinary team to create a delicious menu of appetizers, dinner, and desserts.
For a rockin’ good time, costumed performers can take the stage and sing classic songs from the era. These bikers and surfers are sure to have the group on their feet and boogieing the night away. Planners can enhance any event with Disney’s team of versatile singers, dancers, and actors who use improvisation and charisma to engage attendees.
“Surf’s up!” with these fun photoshoot backgrounds! Attendees can have their photos taken with beach props and surfboards. These photographs will be a great memory of their “blast to the past” with the group.
