Fall is officially here and with it comes plenty of seasonal offerings at our Disney destinations. Whether you are bringing a meeting, conference or private event to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California or Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa in Hawai’i, there are plenty of options for conference and convention attendees to experience in their free time. Here are some of our favorite fall offerings: 

Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

Every fall at Walt Disney World Resort, an incredible celebration of global cuisines, music, and more take place at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.  From September 14 to November 14, attendees can shop, dine and discover culinary delights and delicacies, while sampling international foods from 30 unique kiosks located around Epcot’s World Showcase Lagoon.

For the first time, the festival is expanding beyond the parks and into Walt Disney World Resort hotels with unique dining experiences that allow attendees to taste and cook alongside our world-renowned chefs. These culinary adventures are perfect for attendees to take advantage of during their free time, as they are located at or near select Disney convention resorts

Trick or Tea at Steakhouse 55

New this year at Disneyland Hotel, attendees can come out to ”˜Trick or Tea,’ available at Steakhouse 55 from September 30-October 30. This classic afternoon tea with a twist includes new seasonal offerings, including a scrumptious apple pie green tea blend and a maple pecan scone complemented with a bewitching orange marmalade. The desserts also have a ghoulishly delightful twist, with chocolate-dipped strawberries decorated to look like Jack Skellington’s suit and a jack-o’-lantern pumpkin.  

KA’AWA, a luau at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa

Starting in November, KA WA’A, a luau at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa will bring epicurean dining and imaginative entertainment to attendees. Luau guests can feast on a sumptuous, local island buffet, and enjoy lively music and traditional Hawaiian dance, including hula kahiko an modern hula ”˜auana. Before the luau, you will have the opportunity to enjoy special pre-show entertainment, activities, traditional crafts and more.

Mickey’s Halloween Party

At Disneyland Park, guests can enjoy 17 spooky nights of Mickey’s Halloween Party*. After a day of meetings, attendees can indulge on themed food and drink, and enjoy special character greetings and an exclusive fireworks spectacular. Dreams and screams return with seasonal attraction favorites including Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy and Haunted Mansion Holiday. New this year, the Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow will make his spooky ride through the heart of Disneyland Park each night of the party! Guests can take advantage of this frightfully delightful celebration on select nights from September 23 through October 31 (special ticket purchase required).

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

Cap off a successful conference or convention with the happiest haunted happening on Earth–Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World Resort. After dark, the Magic Kingdom Park is transformed with special music and lighting effects with unique entertainment experiences– complete with a HalloWishes firework spectacular that casts a spell that attendees won’t soon forget. This guest-favorite offering will return to Magic Kingdom Park on select nights from September 2 – October 31 (special ticket purchase required). 

Attendees can also consider booking a premium experience for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party during their free time with a reserved viewing location for Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Halloween Parade accompanied by a to-die-for views of HalloWishes firework spectacular. In addition, this premium experience includes a private dessert party with sweet treats like chocolate-dipped strawberries, chocolate mousse, cheeses and fresh, seasonal fruits. Make a toast to a successful meeting with sparkling cider, signature lemonades, and specialty Halloween drinks as the sky above explodes with color, music and light.
