For planners wanting to host a one-of-a-kind meeting or event in a themed location, there are many unexpected, tucked-away venues available at the Walt Disney World Resort’s theme parks and convention hotels. Today, we are excited to showcase three unique dinosaur-themed venues located within Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. Introducing: Dinosaur Lounge, Restaurantosaurus, and DinoLand U.S.A.

DinoLand U.S.A.
As one of the largest venue spaces at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, DinoLand U.S.A. can accommodate anywhere from 200 to 2,000 guests. Groups are welcomed to a catered dinner amongst the flashing lights of a prehistoric midway carnival. Attendees can also experience attractions such as DINOSAUR, Primeval Whirl, and TriceraTop Spin, as well as play fun carnival games for prizes.
Restaurantosaurus
Restaurantosaurus provides an indoor space located within the heart of DinoLand U.S.A. It is the perfect location for mid-sized groups, accommodating 25 to 650 guests for a reception and 25 to 450 guests for a breakfast or dinner buffet. Created by “paleontology students” who turned their “dorms” into “labs”, this heavily-themed location offers quirky humor around every corner with fun props and décor.
Dinosaur Lounge
Located in a private area above the DINOSAUR attraction, the Dinosaur Lounge can be reserved any time throughout the day as a dining, meeting, and networking space for attendees. Showcasing bold colors and abstract shapes, this space can be decorated and themed for any occasion. This venue accommodates approximately 10 to 80 guests for small receptions; breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets; and theater or conference-style meetings.
These completely customizable spaces give meeting and event planners the ability to adjust and arrange elements to fit their theme, timeline, and budget to keep attendees engaged and excited. Various elements of food and beverage, décor, and entertainment can be tailored to the group’s preferences. These venues are available for groups of varying sizes.
