Kipuka Courtyard and Kipuka Lawn at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa
With 3,600 square feet of space in a semi-private area for your attendees to network and convene on a beautiful evening in Hawaii, it’s no wonder Kipuka Courtyard is one of our favorite outdoor venues! Situated next to the lush Kipuka Lawn and Aulani Convention Center, this outdoor space is able to accommodate up to 200 guests. Planners can host a reception in this captivating courtyard or lawn where attendees can embrace the scenic, tropical setting that makes this Hawaiian meeting destination so unique.
Brisa Courtyard at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
Tucked away within Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Brisa Courtyard provides a tranquil setting where up to 200 attendees can meet and mingle under California's beautiful, blue skies and shading trees. This tri-sectional courtyard is perfect for a range of events, from intimate luncheons to grand dinner receptions.
Casitas Courtyard at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
Located at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, just outside of the convention center, Casitas Courtyard can be reserved anytime throughout the day as a dining, meeting, and networking space for attendees. This charming space clearly showcases the beautiful landscapes, architecture, culture and the excitement of Mexico and the American Southwest. An ideal location for the private event of your choosing, this venue accommodates approximately 25-400 guests for receptions and 25-200 guests for breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets.
These completely customizable spaces give meeting and event planners the ability to adjust and arrange elements to fit their theme, timeline, and budget to keep attendees engaged and excited.
